2024 State Qualifiers

Getting Second Place in the Fall of 2022, may have been considered a success to many given it was my first season putting a team together, but it left a bad taste in my mouth in the off season. I was nothing but proud of the kids for how they competed and worked hard, but I knew I was capable of putting together a first place team for the spring. I put together a very unique and close knit group for the 10u advanced league in Raleigh, and we went undefeated in the regular season and entered the end of season tournament with a major target on our back. We managed to win the tournament and advance to states. At the State tournament we worked very hard and managed to take 3rd place, finishing just three games behind charlotte. 

I am in the early planning stages of my 2023 fall teams. i am running a 10u intermediate team in Durham, a 10u beginner team in Raleigh, and a 12u yellow ball team in Raleigh. I am trying to push the kids and get them prepared for spring of 2023, where I hope to advance 2 or 3 teams to the state tournament this year. My players and I all share a general passion of success and achievement and I am proud to share the journey with them. I am one of the few programs left that can openly and honestly admit, we embrace competition and simply "having fun" in not the only thing of importance to us. Every year I push the players to become better and they push me to become a better coach. Without this great group of kids my program would not be where it is today.
